Strata Titles Act 1985 as amended in 2018 – in effect when the amendments proclaimed (1 May 2020)

Community Titles Act 2018 – to come into effect when proclaimed

As contained in the Strata Titles Amendment Act 2018, these by-laws apply to all strata titled properties in WA. Some strata plans have registered changes to these standard by-laws and to ensure accuracy, please check your strata plan for details.

Schedule 1 Governance by-laws relate to the requirements of the Strata Company and how business is conducted.

Schedule 2 Conduct by-laws provide general rules and requirements that need to be followed when living in a strata titled property.
